For 23 years,the River Ridge Fairways’ (RRF) Board of Directors (BOD) and CID
Management Company have used procedures that do not comply with
the Home Owners Association’s (HOA) 1988 documentation.

I submitted proposed amendments to the 1988 CC&Rs and Bylaws so they will
comply with the procedures the RRF BOD and CID are currently using.
